Terms and Conditions

Commissions are for PERSONAL use only! They are not to be redistributed to a third party or for any outside commerical use without permission, Also keep in mind I am at liberty to refuse a commission. I am not obligated to do any work for anyone.
You MAY NOT reprint or redistribute my work for profit and/or personal gain,
You do have permission to use commissions for wallpapers and also web pages as long as I am credited. Cell phone wallpapers are permitted as well for personal use only.
You DO NOT have permission to distribute to mobile wallpaper websites unless you ask me.
I am not responsible for printing images. If you wish to print, you must go to a local service that specializes in doing so.

Pricing is determined by the size, complexity and quality of an image. Standard sizes are (8.5x11 in.) and (11x17 in) for posters. Other sizes, varying upon the type of commission needed, will be determined around time of service.
For edits and retouching, you are to provide your own high quality images. Low quality .JPEGS and .GIF formats are unacceptable and will be not be used. This applies to creation of mixtapes, flyers, posters, etc.
Pictures will NOT be edited/adjusted more than 3 times. After 3 times, if you are unsatisfied with your work you are eligible for a refund of your downpayment and the commission process will be terminated.
For traditional work, plese contact me for further inquiry. You may be eligible to have your commission mailed to you if not in the state of New Jersey,
I accept payment via PAYPAL ONLY on the Web. If you are local, I may accept cash and/or money order payments. Donations via PayPal are also welcome.
A 50% down payment is required for the commencement of a commission. Once the first half is paid, you will receive low-quality watermarked images until the final piece is done and the remaining 50% has been given, Final pieces will be deliverded by e-mail for both digital and traditional pieces.
